Vanessa Blandon
Dental Assistant
Vanessa is a dental assistant at WestLake Dental Care. She helps with the schedule flow of the office each day and keeps everything organized. Vanessa’s favorite part of his job is making patients feel comfortable before any procedure. She grew up in a beautiful small city in Colombia. She comes from a family that taught her important values like commitment and integrity. Some of her strengths are kindness and empathy. In her free time she enjoys hiking and roller skating.
Mavian Noguet
Dental Assistant
Mavian Noguet is a skilled dental surgical assistant at WestLake Dental Care, where she focuses on helping patients getting educated and optimizing preventive care .she graduated from the University of Veterinarian school in Cuba and transitioned to Dentistry in 2005 , with a 17 years experience and multiples CE Certifications! Mavi’s favorite part of her job is building relationships with patients and making them feel comfortable during their visits with a fully understanding of their care . In her free time, she enjoys hiking, Rollerblading and time with family and friends , and exploring new places around town.
Gustavo Sainz
Dental Assistant
Gustavo, a native from Bolivia, studied dentistry at the University of San Simon Bolivia and has been practicing as a Dental Assistant in USA for more than 20 years. He enjoys working on all the treatments especially the ones involving 3D technology. A blessed father of two beautiful children and a lucky man who found an amazing wife. In his free time, Gustavo enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
Irene Warnick
Patient Advocate / Office Manager
Irene has helped Dr. T procure the practice and has been here since the beginning of it all! Irene lives in Ashburn with her 2 daughters. Irene is a talented decorator and artist who enjoys refurbishing furniture, arts and crafts, and producing artwork from everyday items that she transforms with her imagination and taste into exquisite pieces. Irene is a people person and will listen to you and talk to you for hours if you let her. She has a lot of love in her for God, her church family, and charity work. She loves hiking and being in the outdoors.
Lacretia Walker
Scheduling Coordinator
LaCretia Walker is an experienced scheduling coordinator/finance consultant at Westlake Dental Care! Her focal point is to keep patients informed on the finances for all scheduled and upcoming treatments.
LaCretia enjoys meeting and greeting new and existing patients by making them feel calm, and welcome the moment they’ve walked through the door. She’s a native of New York City, born and raised. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family and designing as an interior decorator.
Mariale Guerra
Virtual Assistant / Insurance Coordinator
Mariale is studying to get her bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Digital Advertising in Lima, Peru. She enjoys speaking with patients and getting to know them. In her free time, she loves riding her bike down the coastline and watching the sunset at the beach. She also loves horror movies and special effects makeup.
