Using this website
Web accessibility
We build this site to work with a keyboard, a screen reader, or a browser zoomed in. Here is what we have tested, and what to do when something does not work for you.
Last reviewed .
What we are aiming for
We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, level AA. Those guidelines are the standard we design and test against.
We are not claiming a certificate. Nobody has run an independent audit against this site, and claiming one would be the easiest false statement on this page to make. What follows is what we built and what we measured, so you can judge it yourself.
What is built in
A skip link. Press Tab as soon as a page loads and the first thing you reach is a link that jumps past the navigation to the content.
Real structure. Each page carries one main region, one page heading, and headings in order underneath it. A screen reader can use those to jump around the page instead of reading it straight through.
Keyboard operation. Menus, the mobile navigation and the video lightbox all open, close and trap focus properly, and close on Escape.
Focus that follows you. When a form sends, a confirmation replaces it, and focus moves to that confirmation and announces itself instead of dropping silently to the top of the page.
Text that stays readable on a button. We measured every button at rest and while hovered, because a colour that only fails on hover never shows up in a screenshot. Every visible button on the home page cleared the 4.5:1 contrast minimum in both states when we last reviewed this page.
Where we know it is imperfect
Those tests cover structure, keyboard use and contrast, and they do not cover everything. We have not audited long pages of text, PDFs from older posts, or anything an outside service renders — the online scheduler, for instance, which we do not control.
If you hit one of those, tell us — we would rather hear about it than assume the gap is not there.
Telling us something is not working

Tell us the page and what happened. If a page is stopping you from booking or asking a question, say so and we will handle it on the phone while we fix the page. Nobody should wait on a website repair to get an appointment.
