About this website
Disclaimer
What you read here is general information about dentistry. It is not a diagnosis of your teeth, and it cannot be, because nobody has looked at them.

Reading this is not being examined
Every page here describes how a treatment generally works, who it usually suits, and what it usually involves. Whether it suits you depends on your bone, your bite, your gums and the dental work already in your mouth. Those are things a dentist finds out by looking, scanning and taking images.
Reading this site does not make you a patient here, and nothing on it replaces an examination by a dentist who can see your teeth.
If something is wrong right now
Do not use this website, or a form on it, for a dental emergency. Call the practice on (703) 444-5108. Some things are a hospital, not a dental appointment. Spreading facial swelling, trouble breathing or swallowing, or bleeding that will not stop — call 911 or go to an emergency room.
About the photographs
The before and after photographs on this site are real patients of this practice, photographed here, who gave permission for their pictures to be shown. None of them is a stock image, a simulation or someone else’s case.
What they are not is a forecast. Two people can have the same treatment and get different results because they started from different teeth, so a photograph shows what happened for that person and nobody else. The only honest way to learn what is realistic for you is an examination.
Keeping it current
Dentistry changes and so do the practice’s materials, methods and partners. We keep these pages current, but a page can lag behind the treatment room. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us and we will tell you where it stands today.
Costs, payment plans and insurance terms belong to the companies that set them and change without telling us. Treat any figure here as a starting point and confirm it before you rely on it.
