Financing — Sterling, Virginia
Paying for it over time
Most people who put off dental work are not putting off the treatment. They are putting off the bill. A crown does not get cheaper while you wait. And a cracked tooth left alone keeps cracking, so the plan you delayed is usually smaller than the one you end up needing.
So we work with three lenders and run two payment plans of our own. Between them, almost every plan we quote can be spread across months instead of landing in one week.
The three we work with
You apply directly with the lender, not through us. We never see your application or the decision behind it, only whether you came back approved. Rates and terms are theirs and they change, so treat the lender’s own page as the current word on both.
CareCredit
A credit card that only works on health care. You can put a whole treatment plan on it, or just the part your insurance leaves behind.
You apply on CareCredit's site, not here. The form asks for your Social Security number, housing and monthly income, and they answer within minutes. Once approved, you give us the account number and we bill against it.
Apply with CareCredit →Cherry
A monthly payment plan for the treatment itself, arranged before you start rather than after the bill arrives.
Applying does not touch your credit score, so you can find out where you stand before committing to anything. You pick a plan length, then start treatment on that schedule.
Apply with Cherry →Proceed Finance
The one built for large plans — full-arch work, implants across several teeth, a full-mouth rebuild. It reaches up to $70,000.
You start with a pre-qualification that takes a few minutes. You need to be over 18, a U.S. citizen with a Social Security number, and to let them see the dental specifics of what is being financed.
Apply with Proceed Finance →These three are not the whole list. The practice can arrange other financing options beyond the ones on this page — if none of these fits your situation, call (703) 444-5108 and ask. We will walk you through what else can be arranged.
Arranged with us, not a lender
Two treatments you can pay for through the office
For the two treatments guests ask about most, there is no third party involved. You arrange the payments with us.
- Invisalign
- Starting as low as $175 a month
- Dental implants
- Starting as low as $100 a month
Both are case-by-case, because the monthly figure depends on the size of the plan behind it. Ask our team about them when you come in for a consultation and we will tell you what yours would look like.
Financing and membership are not the same thing
People mix these up constantly, and the difference matters when you are deciding what to sign up for. Financing spreads the cost of treatment you have already decided to have. It does not change the price, only when you pay it.
The Membership Club is the opposite shape. It is a flat annual fee that covers your exams, cleanings and X-rays outright, for guests with no insurance, and it lowers what treatment costs in the first place. Plenty of guests use both: membership for the routine year, financing for the one big thing.
We also file insurance, gladly, if you have it.
Questions we get about paying
Ready when you are
Find out what it actually costs first
We do not quote a number before we have looked at your teeth. Book an exam, get a written plan with real figures on it, and then decide how you want to pay for it. Nothing is scheduled until you say so.
