Why who does the work in-house changes your treatment
Ashburn has no shortage of dental offices, and from the outside almost all of them describe themselves in the same words. The difference that actually shows up in your treatment is duller than any of that marketing: how much of the work happens under one roof.
Take an implant. In many practices the surgery goes to one office and the crown on top goes to another. The surgeon places the post, your own dentist builds the tooth onto it months later, and the two never meet.
That split matters because of the order the planning happens in. When one person plans the whole case, the finished tooth is designed first and the implant is placed to suit it. When the case is split, the post goes where the bone is easiest, and the restorer builds around a position they did not choose. You feel that later as a tooth sitting slightly wrong, or a crown that took longer than anyone promised.

What we do here, and what we do not
Dr. Tarek plans, places and restores implants himself, including full-arch cases. He is an ICOI Fellow and works with guided surgery, so the position is planned on a scan before anything goes in.
We also mill straightforward crowns in the office, which means a simple crown is designed, milled and seated in a single visit. Larger rebuilds still go out to a dental laboratory across two visits with a temporary in between, because a big case deserves the lab’s hands. Your exam decides which lane you are in, and we tell you which one before we start.
Sedation is available for guests who need it, and we treat every age, infants included.
Some things we do not do here, and we would rather say so now than have you find out later. We do not offer braces, so a case needing fixed brackets goes to an orthodontist, but Invisalign we handle as a Gold provider.
